Together with its partners, Human Dynamics, National French Association for Adult Vocational Training (AFPA), Belgian Federal Public Service Social Security, Fondazione Giacomo Brodolini (FGB), IKADA Consulting Co. Ltd. and International Organization for Migration (IOM), the IB wins the EuropeAid project "Promotion of Registered Employment through better Guidance and Inspection" in Turkey. The aim of the project is to aim the guidance and inspection capacity of the Social Security Institution of the Republic of Turkey (SSI) with a 'new approach' on combating unregistered employment which prioritises guidance instead of inspection. In the scope of the contract, the consultant will conduct activities such as preparing manuals, drafting training programmes, delivering training for SSI staff, organising workshops and conferences, publication of necessary visibility materials, carry out awareness-raising and research activities and study visits.
